Hemi Lee-Gallagher, MS, CPA

A member of the firm’s senior leadership team, Hemi Lee-Gallagher is responsible for managing all finance and accounting functions of the firm.

Hemi Lee-Gallagher has more than 20 years of finance, treasury, and accounting experience with publicly traded and private companies. Her work includes strategic finance and operational experience, with a focus on building new processes and financial reporting systems, budgeting, forecasting, and implementation of cloud-based systems.

Prior to joining Bates White, Hemi worked for ACA Compliance Group, a private equity-backed firm providing services to the financial services industry, SOTECH, a publicly traded communications surveillance systems company, and other public and private firms to establish sound accounting processes, develop new financial reporting processes, build and maximize the value of firm offerings and investments, and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial information for internal management.
