Prior to joining Bates White, Daniel developed the Federal Reserve Board’s latest recession probability model utilizing machine learning algorithms and presented alternative scenario simulations to the Federal Open Market Committee. He has also directed environmental impact studies as well as authored expert reports in environmental damage and the related economic impact, developed industry-leading business intelligence platforms, led economic forecasting, and supervised projects on topics ranging from taxation and public financing to clean energy transition and labor market dynamics, among others. The results of Daniel’s work have been cited in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Reuters, and CNN.
