Daniel Giraldo specializes in analyzing complex data to estimate liabilities in mass torts, bankruptcy, and product liability cases. He relishes diving into the specifics of each case and helping formulate the most appropriate approach to each question.

Prior to working at Bates White, Daniel obtained his PhD at Yale University. His dissertation analyzed how technological change has led to the lengthening of workers’ careers and the implications of this change for the Social Security system. His work has been published in the Journal of Labor Economics, International Review of Law and Economics, and Explorations in Economic History.
