- In United States et al. v. Google LLC, a civil antitrust lawsuit in which the Department of Justice (DOJ) alleged that Google acted anticompetitively to maintain its monopolies in the markets for general search services, search advertising, and general search text advertising, supported testifying experts on behalf of the DOJ.
- On behalf of numerous direct-action plaintiffs in In re Rail Freight Fuel Surcharge Antitrust Litigation, supported the expert in calculating overcharges from defendants’ alleged conspiracy to increase the price of rail freight transportation services.
- In In LIBOR-Based Financial Instruments Antitrust Litigation—The OTC Action, supported the expert in calculating damages on behalf of a class of over-the-counter plaintiffs against the global banks that set US Dollar LIBOR.
- In In re Dealer Management Systems Antitrust Litigation, supported the expert on behalf of CDK Global to review and evaluate liability opinions of multiple plaintiff expert reports and analyze the conduct of CDK and Reynolds to assess the merits of plaintiffs’ allegations.
- Supported lead consulting experts in analyzing competitive effects of the proposed $30 million merger between Aon and Willis Towers Watson (WTW), on behalf of WTW.
