Kimberly Rennick joins Bates White as Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer
Bates White is pleased to announce that Kimberly Rennick has joined the firm as Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer. As a member of the firm’s leadership team, Ms. Rennick will oversee the firm’s business development and marketing strategy, with a focus on market visibility, client engagement, and strategic growth.
Ms. Rennick will work closely with Partners, Practice Chairs, and senior leaders to ensure that business development initiatives align with Bates White’s goals and business model. She will lead the firm’s marketing and business development team, guiding efforts related to strategic outreach, client cultivation, brand positioning, and market engagement.

Ms. Rennick has worked across nearly every facet of the legal industry. Her experience includes working as a practicing litigator, a legal technology sales executive to the AmLaw 100, and holding senior business development and marketing roles at leading law firms. She previously held executive leadership positions at Thompson Coburn, Shook, Hardy & Bacon, A&O Shearman, and Covington & Burling LLP.

Ms. Rennick holds an MS in Law Firm Management from George Washington University and a JD from the University of Notre Dame. She earned her BA from Saint Mary’s College.
