Reimbursements
As a reminder, Bates White is covering hotel accommodations and will reimburse costs associated with your travel to the conference (up to $1,000; if traveling by air, we will cover the cost of coach seating.) We will also reimburse up to $79 for meals during and after your travel to DC on Sunday, May 31 (a list of restaurants near the Park Hyatt is below for reference.)
After the conference, please send your receipts and mailing address to Rachael Weidman (rachael.weidman@bateswhite.com) to process your reimbursement.
