Partner Leemore Dafny speaks on the panel “New Frontiers with Healthcare Providers and PBMs” at the ABA's 2023 Antitrust Spring Meeting. Dr. Dafny and co-panelists will examine the federal antitrust agencies’ extensive agenda that impacts healthcare providers, their workers, and pharmacy benefits managers (PBMs). Their agenda includes challenging hospital mergers, criticizing COPA agreements, and scrutinizing the practices of PBMs. Panelists will focus on the most salient issues affecting these and other healthcare participants today.
