Amanda Kurzendoerfer provided expert testimony on behalf of plaintiffs in In re Wells Fargo Mortgage Discrimination Litigation, in which a proposed class of minority home loan applicants alleged discrimination in defendant's mortgage approval process.
In connection with her retention, Dr. Kurzendoerfer testified in an expert "hot tub" hearing before District Court Judge James Donato and provided expert report, declaration, and deposition testimony regarding statistical analysis of differences in mortgage approval rates by race and ethnicity conditional on underwriting factors.
