Spent nuclear fuel litigation

Collin Cain submitted an expert report in a case before the US Court of Federal Claims. Mr. Cain testified regarding the appropriate offset to damages claimed by Alabama Power Company and Georgia Power Company resulting from the government’s partial breach of the spent nuclear fuel “Standard Contract.”
