Karl Snow was retained on behalf of Mayagüez in Mayagüez, S.A. v. Citigroup, Inc. and Citibank, N.A. Mayagüez, a Colombian sugar producer that uses foreign exchange trading to hedge against fluctuations in the US dollar-to-Colombian peso exchange rate, alleged that Citi fraudulently induced it into entering trades that were ill suited to its export business. Submitted an expert report regarding, among other issues, the structure of the foreign exchange trades, and provided deposition testimony.
