Evaluations for Mississippi Public Service Commission of Entergy Mississippi acquisitions

On behalf of the Mississippi Public Service Commission, submitted reports regarding the proposed acquisition by Entergy Mississippi, LLC of two facilities: the Sunflower County Solar project, a planned 100-MW solar photovoltaic generating facility, and the Choctaw Generating Station, an 810-MW gas-fired combined cycle power plant. Nick Puga and Collin Cain conducted the evaluations, and Mr. Cain testified at hearings regarding the Choctaw acquisition.
