Seher Gupta is a Senior Economist in the Antitrust and Competition Practice at Bates White. She has significant experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses in support of expert economic testimony in matters related to two-sided platform markets and matters in the digital music, media and entertainment, and healthcare industries. In addition, she has supported engagements in the Environmental Product Liability Practice. She graduated from New York University, where she conducted research focusing on multi-unit auctions and Bayesian persuasion. Her work on pivotal persuasion has been published in the Journal of Economic Theory.
