Manush Mobarhan is a Senior Consultant in the Mass Torts Practice, where she leverages her extensive expertise in resolving large-scale bankruptcies, settling corporate insurance disputes, and preparing due diligence reports. Her economic analyses have focused on an array of legal issues, including asbestos and talc liabilities, medical device failures, and environmental disputes, particularly involving per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). In addition to her work on torts, Ms. Mobarhan has antitrust experience, assisting in the preparation of Second Request responses and advocacy analysis for corporate mergers.
