Karna Mital is a Senior Consultant in the Antitrust and Competition Practice. He has experience in monopolization and auction matters and in matters involving the cellular technology, enterprise software, electric utility, and natural resource sectors. Mr. Mital conducts analyses of large data sets and builds links between data sets to derive insight into industry participant behavior and market share. He also is experienced with synthesizing key industry information in support of expert opinions. Significant cases that he has been involved with include Apple Inc. v. Qualcomm Inc. and Certain Softwood Lumber Products from Canada. Before joining Bates White, Mr. Mital’s work was concentrated in cases in the medical device industry and in corporate development matters.
