David Barth brings extensive expertise to analyzing collusion and monopolization allegations, specializing in evaluating firm behavior and market outcomes for liability and damages purposes. Recently, he led the teams that supported Drs. Michael Whinston and Robin Lee in the landmark United States v. Google monopolization cases involving search and ad tech. Dr. Barth also recently testified on behalf of Pacific Surf Designs, a small plaintiff, in a monopolization case. He is highly experienced at trial where he has played a leading role in translating complex economic and econometric analyses into compelling testimony and exhibits. Pre-trial, he provides client advice on case arguments and discovery, and supports the development of expert reports.

Jeff Brown is an expert in antitrust, intellectual property, and damages estimation, with a particular focus on the technology, media, and entertainment industries. Recently he served as the testifying expert on behalf of defendants in an arbitration matter involving a licensing dispute and he has testified in several cases involving patent infringement and commercial damages. He also served as a consulting expert on behalf of plaintiffs in United States et al. v. Google LLC and in recent litigation against Meta and Ticketmaster. |

Nitin Dua specializes in antitrust analysis of mergers and monopolization issues and has extensive experience leading economic and statistical analyses in high-profile merger litigation on behalf of both private clients and government agencies. He served as the chief economic expert for the State of Washington in its successful effort to block Kroger Co.'s proposed $25 billion acquisition of Albertsons. The judge’s decision in the matter relied heavily on Dr. Dua’s opinion citing his testimony numerous times. Dr. Dua has provided economic analysis across a range of sectors, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, telecom, media, retail, software, and technology platforms.

Anna Meyendorff, PhD

Anna Meyendorff has testified in monopolization and cartel matters, offering opinions on class certification, liability, and damages. She served as the federal plaintiffs’ expert witness in the California Gasoline Spot Market Antitrust Litigation, which involved allegations of conspiracy to manipulate the Oil Price Information Services (OPIS) spot price indices for gasoline in the Los Angeles spot market. She has also offered live expert testimony in domestic and international arbitration, and has worked on projects in industries including media and entertainment, aeronautics, mining, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products.

His recent mergers work includes completed acquisitions of US Steel by Nippon; of Woodruff Sawyer by Gallagher; and of NFP by Aon. Earlier this year, Dr. Zayats submitted two expert reports and provided deposition as well as live expert testimony in an arbitration between a major health insurer and a large hospital system. |
