Nicholas Hill to speak on monopsony in antitrust at GCR Live: Law Leaders Global 2023

On February 2, Partner Nicholas Hill speaks on the panel “Mergers: Return of Monopsony as an Antitrust Concern” at GCR Live: Law Leaders Global 2023. There has been increased debate about the potential monopoly effects of large companies in a number of industries. However, mergers have renewed interest for antitrust practitioners and enforcers in a range of industries, including tech platforms, book publishing, and agriculture.
