Speaking Engagement

Principal Makeda Murray will be a panelist at the Sexual Abuse Litigation and Coverage Conference sponsored by Perrin Conferences, speaking on the panel “Damages in Sexual Misconduct Cases.” She and her co-panelists will discuss the importance of data collection, processing and analysis in mass tort valuation, the impact of joint tortfeasor liability on damages analysis, and the value of corporate goodwill in damages analysis.
