Joseph Farrell to teach ICC class on vertical mergers

At the fifth International Chamber of Commerce Mexico Diploma in Competition Policy academic program, Partner Joseph Farrell will lead a master class on “Vertical Mergers and Shifting the Burden of Proof.” The course is part of the Mergers & Acquisitions module (module IV) of the diploma program. Dr. Farrell is one of a few invited international speakers. This program is targeted at practitioners of antitrust and competition policy in Mexico and Latin America. Participants include lawyers, economists, economic and legal advisors, and representatives of competition authorities.
