Two partners will present at the annual E.CA Expert Forum, which provides practitioners, enforcers, and academics from around the world insights into recent developments in competition law and economics.
Partner Eric Emch will co-present the session “DMA—Trial and Error Regulation?” in which he will discuss highlights from recent economic research and explore unintended consequences of the Digital Markets Act and how to avoid them. Partner Rachel Grinberg will participate in the panel “Underenforcement in Merger Control,” discussing the political implications of underenforcement in merger control in the United States and abroad.
