Keith Waehrer speaks on horizonal shareholding

Partner Keith Waehrer will speak on the panel “Anticompetitive Effects of Horizontal Shareholding” for a Canadian Bar Association Economic and Law Committee teleconference. Economic theory suggests that horizontal shareholding may have an anticompetitive effect by reducing incentives of horizontal competitors to compete with each other.
