Leemore Dafny speaks at ABA Health Care Exchanges: Antitrust and Competition Issues program

Washington, DC (Bates White Office)
November 24, 2014

The program addresses the impact of the Affordable Care Act’s healthcare exchanges on competition in the market for individual health insurance. Panelists discuss what the first full year of healthcare exchanges has revealed about consumer preferences and product design and look at how the existence and performance of healthcare exchanges to date may affect future antitrust analysis of mergers among health insurers, providers, and other healthcare market participants.

On November 25, Parr featured an article on the event titled "Jury ‘still out’ on competitive effects of ACA exchanges."
