Joe Stupak is the Chief Financial Officer and a member of Bates White's Management Committee. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the firm’s finance and accounting functions including treasury, risk management, financial planning, analysis and reporting, payroll, accounts payable, and taxes. He has more than 25 years experience covering all aspects of finance management, oversight and controls and is highly experienced at building and leading finance teams and integrating planning and reporting functions between business units.
Prior to joining Bates White, Mr. Stupak spent 21 years with Booz Allen Hamilton, where held numerous finance and leadership positions. He played an instrumental role in guiding the firm's financial transition from a private partnership to a public company following the company's split in 2008. Mr. Stupak also spent eight years in finance management with IBM.
