In District of Columbia v. CVS Corporation, provided written and deposition
testimony on market definition, market power, and competitive impact on behalf of a government agency
challenging the acquisition of a retail pharmacy chain by a national competitor. Demonstrated the
ex-post effect of the acquisition on prices and quality of service. The matter settled before trial.
Advised and provided analytical support to a PBM client proposing a merger in the pharmaceutical
benefits management industry. Support included advising strategy for regulatory approval and preparing
precise responses to regulatory requests. Analyzed competitive impact to each of multiple customer
segments and presented findings to the FTC.
