Served as the consulting expert for defendants in In re Polychloroprene (PCP) Antitrust
Litigation. Developed econometric and financial damage estimates for settlement discussions,
and worked closely with inside and outside counsel on settlement and litigation strategy with
direct and indirect plaintiffs. Worked with defendants to understand potential damages exposure
and potential government fines. Supported ongoing discovery and cooperation requests from plaintiffs.
