Aleksandar Terzic has extensive experience in valuation of public and private
companies, investment research and analysis of equities, fixed income and
derivatives, capital markets, due diligence, solvency analysis, fraudulent
conveyance, liability estimation, and transfer pricing.
Mr. Terzic has worked on behalf of investment banks, private equity firms,
hedge funds, financial institutions, and strategic buyers on a number of
transactions in the aerospace, consumer products, specialty finance, industrial,
building materials, and packaging sectors. In addition, Mr. Terzic has worked on
behalf of creditors committees, debtors, and other stakeholders in bankruptcy and
restructuring cases involving companies in the automotive, building materials,
industrial, and energy sectors. Mr. Terzic also conducted valuation and performed
financial analysis in legal disputes and controversies involving multibillion dollar
damages.
Prior to joining Bates White, Mr. Terzic was a research analyst with NASDAQ.
Mr. Terzic is a Level III Candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.
