Arun Sharma has experience in data analysis, econometric and statistical
modeling, and management of engagements involving expert services in litigation.
He manages and performs economic analysis and research on engagements involving
damages assessment, class certification analysis, antitrust analysis, and patent
infringement. Mr. Sharma has worked on engagements in the energy, automobile,
pharmaceuticals, sporting goods, paperboard, and chemicals industries, among
others.
Prior to joining Bates White, Mr. Sharma was a Managing Economist at LECG, LLC,
where he managed engagements involving complex litigation in various industries.
Mr. Sharma was engaged in high-profile antitrust litigation cases and
arbitration matters where he developed economic and econometric models and
consulted in all aspects of the litigation process. Previously, he worked at
The World Bank as a consultant.
