Steven Schulenberg has expertise in industrial organization, econometrics, and auctions. Dr. Schulenberg works closely with leading law firms and corporate clients to provide economic analysis and research in complex antitrust matters. He specializes in the application of economics to matters of price-fixing litigation, and he has provided liability and damage analyses in the asbestos, beverage, chemicals, computer technology, energy, manufacturing, and paper and pulp industries.
Dr. Schulenberg regularly supports testifying experts on liability and damages issues for large plaintiff opt-out groups in price-fixing matters. He leads large teams responsible for developing affirmative and rebuttal analyses, executing work product, managing expert reports, and preparing deposition and trial exhibits.
