Steven P. Schulenberg is an expert in econometrics and industrial
organization. He has developed several simulation models and provided project management, economic analysis, and research in antitrust and product liability. Dr. Schulenberg currently serves as a consulting expert on market power and pricing-related issues for a large company involved in the California electric power market.

Recently, he supported the testifying expert on liability issues for a
large plaintiff opt-out group in a price-fixing matter in which he
developed affirmative and rebuttal analyses, executed work product,
managed expert reports, and prepared deposition and trial exhibits.

Prior to joining Bates White, Dr. Schulenberg was an
Economics Instructor and Research Assistant at The Pennsylvania State University.
