Douglas Miller has more than seven years of experience in data analysis, database management, and
research in the economic consulting field. He directs economic and statistical analysis and research
on litigation matters and has worked on several of the largest price-fixing cases in U.S. history.
Mr. Miller has supported projects involving the computer, agricultural, asbestos, chemicals, medical,
paper, pharmaceutical, and telecommunication industries. He has analyzed databases with more than
30 million records, conducted detailed economic market research, and used large databases in
connection with estimating damages in price-fixing cases.
