Daniel Menes has extensive experience in predictive and quantitative modeling of product liability. Working with leading product liability experts, he develops sophisticated analyses for financial reporting, insurance coverage negotiations, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions of companies with product liability. Mr. Menes is currently managing multiple projects involving some of the largest asbestos-related bankruptcy and fraudulent conveyance cases in history.
