Cathy McEnearney has more than 20 years of experience in law firms, consulting firms, and Fortune 500 corporations, both as an associate and as in-house counsel. She has a broad legal background that includes such diverse areas as civil and criminal RICO, bankruptcy, regulatory compliance, contracts, leasing, toxic tort and environmental litigation, product liability, and risk management. Her experience extends to international arenas as well.

Prior to joining Bates White, Ms. McEnearney served as Deputy General Counsel at LECG, as Senior Counsel with PA Consulting Group, and as Counsel in the law department of Mobil Corporation. She was an associate at Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld and also at Asbill, Junkin, Myers & Buffone.
