Christopher Gulick has 26 years of experience in the energy industry. He is an expert
in natural gas operations and portfolio planning, natural gas supply and transportation
contracting, market assessments, energy demand and price forecasting, and developing
and implementing fuel supply plans for electric generators. These activities have often
supported regulatory filings or due diligence associated with investments in natural
gas infrastructure and electric power plants.
Mr. Gulick has provided expert testimony
in an international arbitration regarding natural gas prices, served as an expert
witness in a commercial litigation regarding the delivery of natural gas, calculated
damages calculations in a natural gas marketing dispute, and provided litigation
support in a joint venture dispute. He has been a frequent witness on natural gas
supply and planning matters, and has served as an expert witness on the integration of
postmerger, natural gas resource portfolios.
Mr. Gulick has played key executive roles
in the start-up of AllEnergy Marketing Company (a retail energy marketing company) and
in the acquisition of retail oil and propane companies. Mr. Gulick was a company
representative to GISB and co-chair of the New England Gas-Electric Discussion Group.
