Cary A. Elliott has over 15 years of experience in statistical and economic analysis and
modeling in a wide range of industries and contexts. He specializes in providing economic
analysis and written testimony in litigation, including reviewing testimony of other
economic experts, estimating liability, and calculating damages. He has worked on major
antitrust cases as well as cases involving alleged wrongful termination and intra-firm
wage and promotion disparity. His experience includes compiling and analyzing market data
for the computer and Internet-related industries and maintaining and analyzing large
databases. As an Analyst with the Congressional Budget Office, he provided Congress with
analysis of policies on the pay and benefits of federal civilian personnel, examined
issues related to tort reform, and briefed staff on a wide variety of issues, including
federal budgetary cost estimation. Dr. Elliott also has experience in the financial
services industry, including developing statistical models of customer satisfaction and
developing a customer satisfaction tracking reporting system.
