- Supporting multiple experts in In re Pharmaceutical Industry Average Wholesale Price Litigation for both liability and damages related to complaints filed by state Medicaid authorities regarding allegedly fraudulent pharmaceutical pricing.
- Supporting testifying expert in an analysis of alleged anticompetitive behavior in the fluid milk industry.
- Supported testifying expert for large coalition of direct-action plaintiffs in a complex horizontal conspiracy in In re Linerboard Antitrust Litigation.
- Supported consulting expert on econometric analysis on behalf of jewelry retailers in Sullivan v. DB Investments, Inc. to assess the degree of pass-through throughout the supply chain to allocate settlement among plaintiff subclasses.
- Supported testifying expert on merits on behalf of a trading company in the NYMEX natural gas futures market manipulation case, In re: Natural Gas Litigation.
