Joseph Farrell, Donald Stockdale, and Michael Whinston speak at the 63rd Annual ABA Antitrust Law Spring Meeting

Joseph Farrell will serve as a panelist in a session titled "A two-sided story: Antitrust in two-sided markets." The panel will explore the workings of two-sided markets in multiple industries.

Donald Stockdale will moderate a session titled "Fundamentals - Economics," which will review concepts and techniques that appear repeatedly in the economic analysis of antitrust issues, including market definition, market power, competitive effects and econometrics.

Michael Whinston will serve as a panelist in a session titled "Keeping enemies close: Risks of contracts referencing rivals." The panel will explore how contracts referencing rivals affect not just the terms of dealing between parties, but also the contracting party's competitors.
