Senior Consultant

Description
Our Senior Consultants work on client engagement teams typically consisting of four to eight Consultants led by a Manager and a Partner. This position often supervises a small team of individuals.

Senior Consultants contribute to all aspects of providing client deliverables, including: serving as a representative of the firm; managing multiple tasks within an engagement and a small team of people; providing innovative ideas; creating clear, concise, and logical documents; proactively sharing insight into development and evaluation of client deliverables; and providing input and advice to Managers.

Desired skills
We seek individuals who are motivated by intellectually stimulating work, possess an outstanding academic record, and exude leadership qualities. An aptitude for numbers and analysis is highly valued.

We also require applicants to possess personal qualities that include creativity, energy, independence, self-confidence, and tenacity.

Educational requirements
An advanced degree preferred. Graduate level training in accounting, computer science, economics, engineering, finance, mathematics, physics or statistics is also preferred. If hired to perform specific industry economics analysis, one year or more will be required in that field. If no advanced degree, a BA /BS degree is required plus progressively responsible experience in economic/litigation consulting and/or related activities.
