Partner

Description
Our Partners are responsible for driving the strategy, profitability, and structure of the firm and for facilitating growth by proactively leading business development efforts. They have demonstrated leadership in building, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with clients and play a significant role in identifying prospective client work, architecting sales, and closing deals.

Our Partners also drive the intellectual content on engagements, serving as the lead professional and ensuring delivery of the highest quality work product. They are responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and creating effective working relationships with their teams and across the firm.

Requirements
A terminal degree in a relevant field or a combination of relevant education and experience is required. A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in client service or desired industry environment is required with a minimum of 4 years of experience at the senior-management level.
