Description
Our Managers lead client engagement teams usually consisting of four to
eight Consultants with guidance from a Partner.
Managers are involved in supporting the organization’s mission,
vision, and values and are responsible for ensuring high-level deliverables
are provided to clients. Additionally, we take great pride that our Managers
mentor and create effective working relationships with our staff.
Desired skills
We seek individuals who delegate and manage work efficiently, develop
and manage project budgets, accurately assess client needs, suggest possible
value propositions, communicate effectively, and integrate multiple ideas
in an organized manner.
We also require our applicants to possess strong personal qualities that
include creativity, good judgment, leadership, listening and communication
skills, and ability to effectively manage a team.
Educational requirements
An advanced degree in a related field or a combination of relevant education
and experience is required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in
a supervisory
position is required as well as a minimum of 1 year of progressive experience
in a client service or relevant industry environment.
