When I first heard about Bates White, I had the impression that it was a large company. When I realized it was actually a rapidly growing small firm that was having a lot of impact in the market, I knew I wanted to be a part of Bates White.

My experience as a Summer Consultant confirmed that desire as I was both welcomed and challenged. I had many opportunities to learn from my peers and managers, and I was able to contribute to client deliverables in a meaningful way.

Now, fresh out of school and working full-time, I am excited to see that my work from the previous summer has become part of an expert report. Immediately, I was given the opportunity to work on several interesting projects and to share my ideas with economists at all levels of the firm. Most of all, I appreciate the freedom to develop my own analyses and the fact that my ideas are always welcomed and respected.
