Manager

Managers lead client engagement teams usually consisting of four to eight Consultants with guidance from a Partner. They are involved in supporting the organization’s mission, vision, and values. Responsible for ensuring that high-quality deliverables are provided to clients, they:

  • Design and implement effective work plans
  • Negotiate and resolve complex internal and client issues
  • Organize and lead client meetings
  • Mentor and create effective working relationships with staff
  • Develop and implement best practices

Desired qualifications

We seek individuals who can delegate and manage work efficiently, develop and manage project budgets, accurately assess client needs, suggest innovative solutions, communicate effectively, and integrate multiple ideas in an organized manner.

We also look for applicants to possess strong personal qualities that include creativity, good judgment, leadership, listening and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Educational requirements

An advanced degree in a related field or a combination of relevant education and experience is required. Typically, a minimum of two years experience in a supervisory position is required as well as a minimum of one year of progressive experience in a client service or relevant industry environment.
